The day started with us receiving a card from the postman stating that he had tried to deliver a parcel. The teachers told us that we are going to be learning about minibeasts this half term so maybe the parcel is some minibeasts. We predicted what it could be. Whilst we waited for the postman to return we made some cupcakes and then turned them into butterfly cakes. Our parcel arrived in the afternoon. On the box it said ‘butterflies’ but when we opened the box it contained caterpillars!
